Grade 347 Stainless Steel Coil is iron-based alloys contain at least 10.5% chromium and stabilized addition of Niobium. This general purpose austenitic Stainless Steel Coil has a face-centered cubic structure that is not sensitive to intergranular corrosion after heating in carbide precipitation. Our UNS S34700 SS Coils are non-magnetic in nature and can be hardened by the cold working process.




Addition of Niobium gives excellent resistance to chromium carbide precipitation. ASTM A240 Stainless Steel 347 Coils have outstanding welding and forming characteristics.
